1. To select our dress, pants or shirts, from ready-mades easily,
2. To climb staircases without difficulty/perspiration,
3. To walk without difficulty,
4. To swim comfortably,
6. To feel comfortable,
7. To feel healthy,
8. To reduce our Blood Pressure,
9. To avoid the risk of heart, problems/heart attacks and
10.To avoid the risk of Brain Strokes.
